Cash-on-delivery cover with Max Liebermann and Max Slevogt stamps

An original postal-history paper object from the collection, catalogued as a cash-on-delivery postal cover. Commercial window cover with a handwritten cash-on-delivery amount of DM 50.95. The mixed franking includes the 70-pfennig Max Liebermann stamp, the 120-pfennig Max Slevogt stamp and a third commemorative; the red triangular label identifies the Nachnahme service. The catalogue dating is “c. 1980s”, the country or postal area is “Federal Republic of Germany”, and the visible franking or postal charge is recorded as “смесена франкировка с 3 марки”. Condition is typical of genuinely transported and opened correspondence: folds, light soiling, edge wear and small opening tears may be present and have not been concealed. Front and back were scanned directly with all visible edges retained, without retouching or artificial restoration. Details that cannot be read securely from the scan are deliberately identified as approximate rather than asserted as certain.
