Official airmail cover of the Presidency of Ecuador

An original postal-history paper object from the collection, catalogued as a official diplomatic airmail cover. International “VIA AIR MAIL / CORREO AEREO / PAR AVION” cover from the Presidency of the Republic of Ecuador to an official recipient in Bonn, West Germany. It bears a large purple presidential seal and the slogan “El Ecuador ha sido, es y será País Amazónico”; the reverse carries official postal and legal handstamps, with no adhesive stamps. The catalogue dating is “c. 1970–1980”, the country or postal area is “Ecuador”, and the visible franking or postal charge is recorded as “служебна кореспонденция без залепени марки”. Condition is typical of genuinely transported and opened correspondence: folds, light soiling, edge wear and small opening tears may be present and have not been concealed. Front and back were scanned directly with all visible edges retained, without retouching or artificial restoration. Details that cannot be read securely from the scan are deliberately identified as approximate rather than asserted as certain.
